Evelyn Flaharty

Evelyn “Evy” Flaharty, a bilingual, international business executive and graduate of New York’s Lubin School of Business at Pace University, is the Owner and Founding Member of Aging Evolution, LLC. Aging Evolution is the fastest-growing worldwide online community of health and fitness enthusiasts who defy their age. In addition, Aging Evolution develops products specifically designed for use by mature adults seeking longevity, fitness, and overall health.

After traveling extensively around the world for both business and pleasure, Evelyn retired from a successful 35-year corporate career in finance and information systems. She joined a gym for the first time in her mid-fifties after she was diagnosed with Thyroid Cancer. Evelyn credits her diagnosis for saving her life and eventually leading her to pursue a career in the fitness industry.

Evelyn has competed in several bodybuilding competitions and typically competes against women eight to ten years younger than herself. She is proud to say that she has placed in every regional competition prior to obtaining her International Federation of Bodybuilders (IFBB) Pro card in Figure. Today, she considers herself to be in the best health of her life.

Evelyn has written several articles on fitness and has also had her transition from business executive to a career in the fitness industry published online and in fitness magazines. She was featured on the television News8 “CT Style Live” and in the D’FYNE magazine as one of this year’s fit and fearless women over 40 years old. In addition to running the company, Evelyn is a published fitness model. She has been featured in various fitness commercials and photo shoots advertising supplements, skincare products, and women’s activewear. Evelyn also serves as a mentor to other women and travels to give motivational speeches.
