“This is an immersive biohacking experience that is transforming Miami’s health culture,” that’s how Marie Sophie Baier, the 26-year-old founder and creative director of Biohack Miami, explains the vision behind what has become one of Miami’s most talked-about wellness activations.
“Biohack Miami doesn’t help you to feel healthier – we’re creating an experience so you can understand your body, reconnect with yourself, and ultimately learn how to help yourself.”
Each month, Biohack Miami brings together doctors, med-spas, beauty clinics, top instructors, developers, and wellness enthusiasts. Guests move between cold plunges and IV therapy, try polyphenol-rich olive oils and omega-3-rich caviar, flow through rooftop yoga and breathwork classes — all while engaging with science-backed treatments and technologies typically found in elite medical clinics.
“Miami doesn’t need another health expo or wellness event,” said Marie Sophie Baier. “The market is saturated, and that’s why we wanted to create something truly unique and different.”
Biohack Miami isn’t a traditional wellness event filled with yoga mats and green juice, but it’s not a sterile medical expo either. It’s a hybrid — a curated experience that brings together science-backed treatments from Europe and the U.S., layered with live entertainment and a DJ.
“I’m from Germany, so clinical-grade technology and real results matter to me,” Marie Sophie explained. “We bring in treatments from Europe, from top regenerative clinics, and make them accessible, but also fun because we want people to actually engage; to come, stay, learn, and feel something real.”
One of those treatments is IHHT — Intermittent Hypoxic-Hyperoxic Training, a modality first developed in Germany. Often referred to as “cellular gymnastics,” IHHT simulates changes in altitude to strengthen mitochondria, improve cellular energy production, and enhance metabolic resilience. It’s typically used in elite clinics, but Biohack Miami makes it available in an environment where guests can try it without intimidation or pressure.
What Happens at Biohack Miami?
At Biohack Miami, you can try a red-light therapy session, then move into a rooftop sculpt class or sound healing circle — all while learning about brainwave stimulation, IV optimization, or how your skin responds to hydrogen therapy.
Every edition features a rotating theme and a fresh set of experiences — but the fundamentals remain:
- 6 guided classes (yoga, sound healing, breathwork, and sculpt).
- 15+ vendors and practitioners offering biohacking & longevity treatments.
- Access to advanced diagnostics and high-end medical tools.
- A VIP Lounge with curated caviar tastings, IV infusions, Cryofacials, microcurrent therapy, massages, violin performances, and more.
“It’s not about pushing products,” Marie Sophie explained. “It’s about helping people understand their own body. We bring awareness, and then selling the tools happens naturally.

The Future is Wearable!
In one of Biohack Miami’s standout editions, the team partnered with Miami Swim Week – The Shows to debut a rooftop fashion show featuring collections by Jessica Bara and CioccolatoCouture. The event served as a pre-activation to the official Swim Week calendar and marked a new chapter for both industries — one where health and fashion walk side by side.
“Longevity is going to influence everything, from what we wear to how we design cities,” said Marie Sophie. “Fashion has a role in that future too.”
This edition also featured a live violin performance by world-renowned musician Marki Lucky, a curated VIP caviar experience (with benefits for brain, skin, and heart), and full-body access to science-backed wellness treatments — all set against the backdrop of the Miami skyline.
Captured by Getty Images and World Red Eye, the evening offered a glimpse into the future of what wellness culture can look like when it’s merged with fashion, performance, and deep intention.

The People and Brands Behind It All
What makes Biohack Miami work is its layered curation — a mix of health tech, performance therapies, and lifestyle medicine. Some of the world’s most forward-thinking wellness brands and physicians now collaborate with the platform.
Biohack Miami’s partner ecosystem reflects a high standard of innovation, credibility, and intentional curation. Participating brands have included:
Standout collaborators include The Elser Hotel, whose two-story rooftop fitness and recovery complex hosts each edition; NeuroReform Clinics, introducing AI-powered neurostimulation for chronic pain and brain performance; Centner Wellness, known for bringing European-grade treatments like Shiftwave Therapy and PureVEMI beds; KRU Lab Performance, offering expert chiropractic care, dry needling, and performance therapy led by Dr. Kyle Krupa.
Other groundbreaking contributors include MY IV Spa (cellular-level infusion therapy), KOV Cryo (full-body cryotherapy and metabolic reset), Sparta Life (advanced red light and shockwave therapy), UltraSlim USA (noninvasive fat loss and skin tightening), and Lifemed Regenerative (cupping, electrostimulation, and hormone optimization).
Functional nutrition and bioavailable supplementation are supported by partners like Vignoli Food (polyphenol-rich, award-winning olive oils), Healthspan Method, and SproutzFoods. The aesthetics side is led by Zero Gravity Skin, Dr. Peter Michael, and Skin Sports Society. Many treatments offered at Biohack Miami — such as Axiom H2 Hydrogen Therapy, Class IV Cold Laser, BrainTap Neurotherapy, and EMS body training — are typically found only in elite clinics.
In addition, Eric Stoller of Champion Mindset Events hosts wellness conferences and brought technology from their Longevity Lounge, including the SunPowerLED red light transcranial helmet, Oxygen Health Systems hyperbaric chambers, AmpCoil, Relax Infrared Saunas, and several other innovative devices. Eric is also the host of the Man on a Mission podcast, where he shares his health journey—including how he lost over 100 pounds in just 17 months. Now, with the launch of THE BIOHACKING Channel and Show, Eric has become a leading voice in the wellness space. He also serves as the voice of TopDoctor Magazine, the country’s leading regenerative medicine magazine for medical and wellness professionals.

The Designer Behind the Experience
With a background in creative strategy and art direction, Marie Sophie Baier’s vision shapes every layer of Biohack Miami, from the visual language on social media to the flow of the venue, the lighting, the pacing, the layout, and even the caviar brand featured in the VIP Lounge.
“Design is what makes people feel safe enough to explore,” she said. “If something is beautifully organized and intuitive, people stay longer. They engage. They remember how it made them feel.”
Marie Sophie was involved in the production of more than 60 wellness and fashion events, including creative co-productions with Miami Swim Week – The Shows, collaborations with the Mondrian Hotel, and branded experiences that now attract international attention. Biohack Miami is more than a passion project — it’s a living case study of her creativity, cultural insight, and ability to design transformative experiences that resonate across industries.

What’s Next
With growing demand and international attention, Marie Sophie Baier is already looking beyond Miami. She’s currently exploring global expansion, media collaborations, and high-level partnerships, including opportunities like the Zenos Health Summit in Saudi Arabia, a country she has visited multiple times and sees as a rising leader in future-forward wellness.
Marie Sophie is also building bridges with Japanese innovators in anti-aging and longevity, aiming to introduce technologies not yet available in the U.S. Her passion for travel fuels this work — constantly sourcing, testing, and curating the most effective treatments around the world.
“Health is deeply personal to me. I love to spend time traveling, learning, and experimenting to understand what really works — not just in theory, but in real life. Biohack Miami is built on that journey — it’s my way of translating what I’ve found from different cultures.”
Her long-term vision? To create spaces around the world where longevity is not only personalized — but also joyful, accessible, and designed to last.
Join the Movement
Biohack Miami is not a conference. It’s not a clinic. It’s not a festival.
It’s a living ecosystem — where doctors, athletes, creatives, and curious humans gather to explore how we can all live better, longer, and more beautifully.
